1st Ski Trip 2005

The Adventures of Bam Bam and Friends

Well guys and girls we had a great time and as usual I had a Adventure or two from our fun trip that we wish you all could have went on but only we know how much fun it was and how much fun you missed. Well Ron , Keith Marc and Me started up at the top of the hill and Ron told said we needed pictures for our web. Site at youngstownskiclub.org for our new trip. Witch buy the way he has did at of work on lately he is really doing an excellent job on.

So we take off down the hill and of coarse I am skiing with our better members and I am trying to keep up but I start going real fast and I go to try to stop I was having a little trouble but I knew we had to take pics so I went down and pulled out the camera and Ron came over and got his out, then Keith came over and tried to spray me and something funky happened and he went face first into the snow. He looked up and you would have thought that he was on Gilligan’s Island getting a coconut cream Pie in his face. And me and Ron both got some good pics, Keith was ok but we had to go down and let Keith get all the snow out of his Jacket and have a little rest. Well gang I got to go now check out the web site and get the rest of the story for all the fun you missed out on the rest of Saturday and Sunday,

Friday on the bus ride up we played a really cool game on the way up and it was really fun. We each picked a horse and we had these horses with a stick 6 of them and they rolled the dice and the horses would move one seat each time the dice came up with its number. And we drank our beer and ate our 10 Pizza donated by Pappa Johns Pizza of Poland Ohio and laughed all the way up anticipating the sheer joy of the slopes the very next day.

So the rest of Saturday was spent getting our snowboarding and our skiing technique down and sharing war stories and taking pictures of all the fun. Although Keith and his famous I am going to spray Randy but crash and hurt myself might not have had as much fun and he even said he had a blast. Then we went back to hotel and then every body but me went to the Country Buffet I stayed in the room and watched the Steelers get Lucky and beat the Jets. Then people went to Casino and people went on a walk to the Falls cuz it was only 2 blocks away.

Sunday was the Day when we get out and hit the slopes and had a blast cuz we did not go to Cockaigne we went to Holiday Valley coz Cockaigne did not have enough snow. So we were all hanging out Bryan, Darrell, Meegan, Keith Me. And we were in line to get on the lift and some how my Board got between Bryans skis the lift came around I sat down pushed Bryan right off the lift and the lift smacks him in the back of the head. Darrell is yelling at the lift people and I felt 2 inchs tall. Well right after that Meegan and I hit the Firecracker it was a black Diamond. Right before lunch. That was sponsored by Max and Erma’s it was a rocking chili with cheese melted on top or a Tortilla soup witch ever you prefer . Then came the Super Human Spyder Man

Adventures Spyder, Mark and Ken hit the jumps and defying gravity on the Chute and the Wall. Looking like they were trying out for the Winter Olympics earning 10 s on every run. Well we hit the Bus and we watched Spider man the Movie on the way home and we were going to have another horse race and the winners would win spice of life gift certificates or 50.00 worth of gift certificates from Max and Erma’s . Sponsored by Spice of Life and our new member Alaina and Max and Erma’s But you know what we had so much fun and exerted so much energy on the slopes we were too tired. And decided to due it on the next weekend trip. Well gang we are going to due it again on the 4 th of February a one dayer to Holimont and I am out of time so I will write about the next Adventure.
